Global Brand Manager, Haagen Dazs
As Global Brand Manager at Haagen-Dazs, Gini leads global communications and design strategy to deliver business growth in over 90 countries worldwide. She also eats a lots of ice cream along the way. After studying languages at Oxford University, she sought a left brain/right brain career and found her way into marketing. She began her career in brand management at P&G, looking after a diverse range of brands such as Always, Oral-B and Duracell during her time there. Next up was L’Oreal, where she drove double digit growth for several skincare brands before succumbing, as a keen foodie, to the lure of ice cream over face cream!
Gini is a driven, creative and energetic marketer, always looking for new ways to push herself and to make a difference to the brands and teams she works with. She was a Marketing Academy Scholar in 2018 and a recipient of WACL’s “Future Leader Award” in the same year. She’s a member of , The Marketing Academy Foundation and the FUTURES network, all with the aim to keep meeting inspiring and interesting people within our industry.
Outside of work, her personal goals are to always have visited double the number of countries than her age, never visit the same London restaurant twice, and to complete one big sporting challenge per year for charity.
