The 2025 Global Women in Marketing Awards event will take place in-person in London on the 18th of November 2025.

The WIM Global theme for 2025 is The year of Age, 2025 marks the twenty -first anniversary since the creation of the first Women in Marketing event to celebrate International Women’s Day, this evolved to the launch of the awards in 2010, in its fifteenth year we will celebrate the “exemplary” work of those influencing and impacting the evolving global landscape of marketing.

As well as the awards announcements, there will be a canapes and drinks reception on arrival and post the awards presentation. This year we continue our homage to the “educators” championing creativity we are thrilled to be holding the awards at Ravensbourne University London, legendary iconic alumni include the late David Bowie and from the fashion world Stella McCartney.

The awards presentation will be hosted by Professor Natascha Radclyffe-Thomas, Professor of Marketing and Sustainable Fashion at Ravensbourne University London and Dr. Kellie Vincent, Executive Dean of the School of Business Management and Commerce Ravensbourne University London.

WiM Awards 2025 Host: Professor Natascha Radclyffe-Thomas EdD FRSA

Natascha R Thomas WM socialProfessor Natascha Radclyffe-Thomas EdD FRSA is an award-winning researcher and National Teaching Fellow named in The SustainabilityX® Magazine’s Global 50 Women In Sustainability Awards™. Professor of Marketing and Sustainable Fashion at Ravensbourne University London, where she co-leads the Regenerative Fashion Lab, she is an international keynote whose research focuses on sustainable fashion, craft and cultural heritage, social enterprise business, responsible management education, and the intersection of sustainable practices and wellbeing. Natascha is Vice Chair of the UK charity The Costume Society, Chair of the UN Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) UK and Ireland Chapter. Natascha is co-author of the leading Fashion Management textbook Fashion Management: A Strategic Approach, Editor-in-Chief of Bloomsbury Fashion Business Cases and co-Principal Editor of the International Journal of Sustainable Fashion and Textiles. Natascha has collaborated with organisations including Charity Super.Mkt, Crafts Council, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and the British Beauty Council and is a frequent contributor to industry and media pieces featuring in the New York Times, the Independent, Vogue Business, BBC, CBC and NPR.

 

WiM Awards 2025 Host: Dr. Kellie Vincent BSC(Hons) Msc, PHD, PGCE

Kellie VincentExecutive Dean for the School of Business, Management and Commerce at Ravensbourne University London, Dr Kellie Vincent has previously held roles at University of Bedfordshire where she was Head of Strategy and Management and then Associate Dean Teaching, Learning and Student Experience. Kellie was MBA Director at University of Westminster where she redesigned the programme to become a boardroom based MBA and prior to that, MBA Director at Oxford Brookes University, where the programme was ranked 5th best globally for distance and online learning at that time.

Dr Vincent began her career in the food industry, market research and consultancy before transitioning into academia initially as a FE and professional qualifications tutor, then as a Course Team Author at Open University Business School while completing her PhD investigating consumer-brand relationships. While working within BPP Learning Media as Publishing Manager she authored over 50 study texts and managed the CIM, and MRS ranges along with launching distance learning programmes with professional bodies and universities.

Her research interests delve into supporting students, boardroom behaviours, corporate psychopaths, and branding, exploring dynamics within organisational and consumer contexts.
