Pussyhat Power, #MeToo and #Timesup are making headlines and gender issues are at the forefront of politics and modern culture.

From the Suffragettes to Millennials each generation plays its part, advancing the conversation in pursuit of equality. But how have things evolved and where are we headed? What is the state of play and what is the role of feminism in modern culture and our daily lives?

Please join our female panel at Ogilvy UK headquarters on the 21st of March for perspectives and experiences from across the generations. An evening of exploration of here we are now and what the future could hold, hosted by Creative Director Lotte Jeffs.

The panel will include:

Ella Dolphin – CEO, Shortlist Media

Ella Whelan – Journalist and Author of What Women Want: Fun, freedom and an end to feminism

Victoria Buchanan – The Future Laboratory – Brand Activism and Female Movements of the 21st Century

Lisa Jedan – Global Head of Consumer PR Bacardi and Andrea Montague – Dewar’s Brand Ambassador – Selling a traditional man’s drink to a female audience

Alyson Walsh – Journalist and Author of thatsnotmyage.com

Shelina Janmohammed – Author of Generation M: How Young Muslims are Changing the World.

 

Dewars will host a whisky tasting session lead by Andrea Montague to round off the evening.
