Alice leads regional partnership and industry marketing at NCS, a No.1 IT services provider in Southeast Asia, to strengthen its thought-leadership positioning and awareness through co-branding campaigns across the APAC region.
The past years of Alice’s career include helping a VC-backed EdTech startup launch highly effective partnership programs in China that drove double-digit conversions, setting up a 360 marketing strategy as part of a regional-wide digital transformation for a B2B consulting company, and supporting an insurance brand to achieve Top 1 growth in Gen Z engagement and Top 3 for top-of-mind awareness in Singapore. Before becoming a marketer, Alice had three wonderful years reporting for the largest Chinese newspaper in Singapore, Lian He Zao Bao, and covered over 100 stories on entrepreneurship, business, and startup topics.
As a bilingual marketer, Alice watches China’s marketing trends closely to identify and transfer the best practices to work on the global level. Insights were featured in Adweek, Jing Daily, WARC, China Marketing Insights, and Marketing in Asia. Industry accolades include humbly receiving Women in Marketing (WiM) Global Awards as ‘The One to Watch in 2019, Innovator 25 APAC in 2020, and a nomination for Women of the Future Awards Southeast Asia 2021. Alice serves the Global Advisory Board for WiM together with other influential leaders from around the world, promoting gender equality and inclusivity in the marketing industry.
