Having climbed the recruitment career ladder for a decade, at both large corporates and smaller specialists like EMR, Anna joined the team as Director of EMR’s Interim/ Contract and Delivery (all graduate entry-mid level permanent hires) practices in January 2019.Anna always conducts herself with professionalism and honesty, and in August 2020 was promoted to Managing Director. She has experienced marketing, digital and technology recruitment from a wide range of industries and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team that is well beyond her years!

Anna is also a mum to Harry (five) and Chloe (2) and works flexibly at EMR, as do many of EMR’s management team. She is a staunch supporter of supporting women’s marketing careers and pay equality in the industry and is especially proud to be a judge in this year’s Women In Marketing Awards.
